Your first box is paid with your initial order - thereafter boxes are paid the week of the first Friday of the month. Save 10% on each Discount Box if you choose to pick up your order at one of our "Meat Ups" (see Shipping Information link at left) - your charge will be adjusted when we process your first order.

Each box includes a great variety of approximately 15 lbs of USDA approved, Grass-Fed and Finished, individually packaged and hand cut Beef.

Our Beef Discount Box consists of approximately 5 lbs each of the following categories (these are cuts which may possibly be in your Box - you will not receive all of these).

Examples of Steaks (~5 lbs):

  • Filet Mignon
  • Rib Steaks (Bone in Ribeye)
  • Top Sirloin Steaks
  • New York Steaks
  • Chuck Steaks
  • Sirloin Tip Steaks
Ground / Stew (~5 lbs):

This box is a 6 shipment minimum commitment. Your box is an ongoing subscription that will automatically re-order each month (or every other) and be charged to the credit card on file. By subscribing, you have authorized that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You may cancel the authorization at any time by contacting us. The authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

Got our first box a week ago - this is incredible. Taste of everything is exceptional. I skeptical because of the price, but after cooking it I am sure this was the right decision.
