Shipping of Subscription Discount Boxes

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We use Ground Shipping for
addresses in Zone 1 (see map below) and 2-day Air for Zone 2. We ship once a month, mid-month.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail the day
we ship your order. This information will be sent to the email address associated
with your account.

We guarantee your product to arrive in safe condition and suitable for refreezing
(some or all of your meats may be “soft” but still safe for re-freezing). To learn more, click here.

Please remember to recycle the cardboard box your order arrives in.

Shipping of whole or half beeves: We will provide a custom shipping quote
for Zone 1 or Zone 2:
Zone 1: California, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Utah, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota
Zone 2: all other states excluding Alaska and Hawaii

We are not responsible for inaccurate address information, inaccessible residential premises (private gated communities, really mean dogs, etc.) or other hindrances that prevent successful, on time delivery.

For UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, please notify the carrier of any special delivery instructions; do not send those requests to us.
