Landjaeger is a dried sausage traditionally made in Southern Germany or Austria. It is popular as a snack food during activities such as hiking, camping or outdoor activities. Our Landjaeger keeps without refrigeration and comes in single-meal portions. To use as a meal, Landjaeger may be boiled and served with potatoes and fresh greens, but most folks just grab a package and start eating as they taste great at room temperature.

Ours Sweet Landjaeger come in individual 2 ounce packages, each containing a pair of handmade, 150 year old recipe, shelf stable (refrigerate after opening) Landjaeger made with our famous Grass Fed and Finished Beef. Ours is not overly sweet, it is very mild and has a rich, deep taste.
