Beef Tallow is excellent for frying and sauteing at high temperatures. Beef tallow will not go rancid when left out at room temperature, and is an excellent alternative to processed vegetable oils. Tallow also provides the fat-soluble vitamins A,D, and K2, plus CLA in abundance.
