How can I be sure my product arrives safe to eat?
  All our products are guaranteed to be “safe and suitable for refreezing” – so you can simply freeze any meat you don’t want to use immediately. Here is a link to a great article that explains that refreezing meat is safe if thawed properly. Click here for more information.
What day will my product ship on?
 

Orders will arrive via FedEx within 4-6 days. We ship FEDEX Home Delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (before 12 noon).

If you place your order using FEDEX Overnight or Next day we will expedite the packing of your order and deliver to FEDEX within 48 hours.

We do not offer any other delivery/pickup options. The cost for shipping will vary based on your address and weight of your order. The estimated shipping charge will be shown when you place your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail the day we ship your order.
We guarantee your product to arrive in safe condition and suitable for refreezing (some or all your meats may be “soft” but still safe for re-freezing). To learn more click here

Our new, environmentally friendly, non-petroleum based insulated shipping material is made of corn starch and is completely biodegradable. Please remember to recycle the cardboard box your order arrives in. Click this link to learn more about our shipping products.

Please note: We take great care to ship a frozen product at the lowest possible price to our customers. To do this we only deliver our packed orders to FedEx on certain days of the week in order to avoid weekend delays.

It is highly recommended that if you live in the ORANGE, GREEN or PURPLE colored areas of the above map you choose “Overnight” shipping, not “Home Delivery” – this will ensure your products arrive within 3-4 days vs.1 week or more.
