Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays, with some holiday exceptions.

We do not offer any other delivery/pickup options. The cost for shipping will vary based on your address and weight of your order. The estimated shipping charge will be shown when you place your order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail the day we ship your order. Our orders ship with dry ice - please use precaution when opening.
We guarantee your product to arrive in safe condition and suitable for refreezing (some or all your meats may be “soft” but still safe for re-freezing). To learn more click here

Our new, environmentally friendly, non-petroleum based insulated shipping material is made of corn starch and is completely biodegradable. Please remember to recycle the cardboard box your order arrives in. Click this link to learn more about our shipping products.

Please note: We take great care to ship a frozen product at the lowest possible price to our customers. To do this we only ship on certain days of the week in order to avoid weekend delays.
