Our Pork Loin Roasts are priced at $15 per pound. These loin roasts are great for slow braising in the oven. We use a Dutch over or covered cast Iron Skillet, and cook on 180 degrees until an internal temp of 165 is reached. It works great, the pork just falls apart-- really good stuff. You can then take the remaining and make a real nice gravy out of it. Because it is free-range, you can really taste the difference. I usually take the leftovers and make pulled pork sandwiches or tacos out of them. They come boneless, and weigh between 2 and 3 lbs each.
