Shipping Information

Please note that we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. We use Ground Shipping for
addresses in Zone 1 (see map below) and 2-day Air for Zone 2.

We ship once a month, mid-month - free for orders over $150. We also offer
expedited shipping (ships within 3-4 business days) for an additional charge
to both Zone 1 and Zone 2.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via e-mail the day
we ship your order. This information will be sent to the email address associated
with your account.

We guarantee your product to arrive in safe condition and suitable for refreezing
(some or all of your meats may be “soft” but still safe for re-freezing). To learn more,
