Each box includes a great variety of approximately 14 lbs of USDA approved, Grass-Fed and Finished, individually packaged and hand cut Beef and great variety of USDA approved, free-range, individually packaged Chicken.

Our typical Beef & Chicken Discount Box consists of any combination of the following cuts (these are cuts which may possibly be in your Box - you will not receive ALL of these):

This box is a 6 shipment minimum commitment. Your box is an ongoing subscription that will automatically re-order each month (or every other) and be charged to the credit card on file. By subscribing, you have authorized that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You may cancel the authorization at any time by contacting us. The authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

You may choose to exclude Sausage and other items with added ingredients - if you select this option we will replace these items with either Roasts, Ground or Other cuts (based on availability).

You may choose to include Optional items listed above. Note that options are part of your Box and their weight is counted against the total Box weight.

Such a huge addition to my diet! the dry aged minced beef is great. Give the outside a nice sear and have the inside medium rare. Wow absolutely worth it. Prime feedlot beef aint got nothing on this.

I don't know if what I got was suet, because it is very soft and almost pudding like, but I know it is beef fat. It was labeled "beef fat" on the packaging as well. Well, either way, it is delicious. I eat it raw and the flavor is very rich. It has a nutty, almost caramel like flavor to it that is almost sweet and unlike any other fat I have ever had before. It is like eating candy or cake or pudding. Delicious fat that is perfect for my keto diet.

All the fat soluble vitamins n minerals your body needs Cholesterol is life! I let this get to room temperature and eat it raw. Yes it has a grassy, buttery and somewhat nutty flavor too it. Not something you can eat on its own, but accompanied with leaner cuts of meat. I actually started craving it on the way from work today. weird?!
