Boneless Pork Chops
Price per lb. $22.00
A lean round slice of pork loin with the rib removed. You could think of it as the pork version of a skinless boneless chicken breast. Excellent, rich, great tasting boneless chops. Also called boneless loin cutlets, these are on the loin side, so they taste great. Only cook them to 165 degrees; overcooking these will make them into shoe leather.
