Each box includes a great variety of approximately 14 lbs of USDA approved, individually packaged and hand cut Pork and great variety of USDA approved, free-range, individually packaged Chicken.

Our typical Pork & Chicken Discount Box consists of any combination of the following cuts (these are cuts which may possibly be in your Box - you will not receive all of these):


Pork Steaks, Ribs and Chops:
    • Spare Ribs
    • Chops
    • Rib Chops
    • Shoulder Steaks
    Pork Bacon and Sausage (may be excluded - see below):
    • Sausage (Dutch Apple, Sweet and Hot Italian, Andouille)
    • Bacon (Smoked, Maple, Peppered, and Jalapeno)
    • Smoked Ham or Ham Steaks
    Pork Ground / Stew:
    • Ground Pork
    • Stew / Kabob
    Pork Roasts:
    • Butt Roast
    • Picnic (Shoulder) Roast
    • Leg Roast
    OPTIONAL items:
    • Fat (Lard)
    Chicken Selections may include:
    • Whole or Half Chickens
    • Chicken Quarters (Breast with Wing or Leg with Thigh)

    This box is a 6 shipment minimum commitment. Your box is an ongoing subscription that will automatically re-order each month (or every other) and be charged to the credit card on file. By subscribing, you have authorized that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account. You may cancel the authorization at any time by contacting us. The authorization will remain in effect until cancelled.

    You may choose to exclude Sausage and other items with added ingredients - if you select this option we will replace these items with either Roasts, Ground or Other cuts (based on availability).

    You may choose to include Optional items listed above. Note that options are part of your Box and their weight is counted against the total Box weight.
