Cut from the back section of the hog. Includes a piece of loin and tenderloin connected by a T-shaped bone. When cut thick, sometimes called a pork porterhouse. Our Chops are priced at $20 per pound. Thick and beautiful bone-in Loin Chops - perfect for the Grill! These have a filet and New York cut on them.

I buy because the pigs live outdoors. I hate the system that the grocery store and factory pigs live in so this is my protest. Vote with your money.
