Grind from the trim meat of our free-range hogs. This stuff is really good mixed in with our Grass-fed Ground Beef for Hamburgers, Meatloaf, or Meatballs. Each package is as close to a single pound as our butcher can get it.

I follow AIP and this is the only meat I will eat. They do not use the genetically modifed food for their pigs that all  the other farms use. This is what is causing my problems so I can eat this without worry. The price is high, but for me not to be sick it is worth it.
