Our Hocks are smoked without nitrates or nitrites. Because of this you might want to add some Sea Salt to it while cooking, and remember, without these preservatives, it won't last as long in the refrigerator.

We have a huge demand for our smoked hocks and are often sold out, so please be patient. Remember, we are a farm not a factory.

These have a very mild, non-sweet flavor. The ingredients used in the brine are: Pastured Pork, Water, Salt, Cultured Celery Powder (Sea Salt, Celery Powder) and Cherry Powder.
