Each box includes a great variety of approximately 7 lbs of USDA approved, Grass-Fed and Finished, individually packaged and hand cut Beef and great variety of USDA approved, free-range, individually packaged Pork.

Our typical Beef & Pork Box consists of any combination of the following cuts:

Fresh Sausage:
Ground / Stew:
Roasts:
 Ribs and Shank:

Pork Steaks, Ribs and Chops:

Pork Bacon and Fresh Sausage:
Pork Ground / Stew:
Pork Roasts:
 This is a 6 month minimum commitment. Your box is an ongoing, monthly subscription that will automatically re-order each month and be charged to the credit card on file.

You may choose to exclude all Sausage - if you select this option we will replace these items with either Roasts, Ground or Other cuts (based on availability).
