No Hormones, No Antibotics, No Grain, Ranch Direct - Sold by the package and a very unique item that is hard to get, as we only get about 4 per month (although I think the GMO nuts at Monsanto will someday breed a beef with two of them), usually between 1 and 3 lbs in each package. Oxtail is a cut prized by chefs, foodies, and cooks everywhere. Coming from the tail of our grass-fed steers (not oxen) this cut makes a gelatin-rich stew with tons of flavor.
