No Hormones, No Antibiotics, No Grain, Direct from the Ranch - Even our shanks are dry aged to perfection. This is very uncommon, as dry aging takes time, space and results in a loss to the producer as the product usually weighs 20% less after dry aging. But, it concentrates flavor and tenderizes the meat significantly. We find it is well worth the process and results in a superior product.

Our Shanks are no exception, they taste great regardless of if you braise them or cook them in a stew. You will also find that they come with a little marrow in the bone too, something that will give your stew that extra boost of flavor. Our shanks are sold by the pound. A single package usually includes 1 or 2 small shanks or one big one. Add the quantity of 1 to your cart for each package of shanks you would like to have delivered.
