Ive had this from a butcher and had to boil this to validate the name "Stew Meat". However when i opened the beef stew from Sonrise it was tender to touch before cooking. I just pan seared temp)(medium to medium rare) these in butter and wow it was tender to my surprise. Many reviews on youtube say grassfed beef isnt as tender. However this doesnt apply to Sonrise. well done!
